- 每 30mL 水始终加一平勺奶粉。盖好奶瓶，用力摇匀，让奶粉溶解。
- 喂奶前在手腕上试一下温度。冲好后立即喂（不要存放），没喝完的倒掉。

- Wash hands before preparing the feed. Clean and then sterilise all utensils by boiling for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser.
- Boil safe drinking water and allow to cool to feeding temperature. CONSULT FEEDING GUIDE. Measure the required volume of water into a sterilised feeding bottle.
- Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting the powder.
- Always add one level scoop of powder for each 30mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder.
- Test temperature on wrist before feeding. Feed immediately (do not store). Discard unfinished feeds.
Prepare each bottle separately. It is safer to use Aptamil Essensis Follow-On Formula immediately after it is prepared.

Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles & teats as directed. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to infant formula products.
Do not use if foil security seal is damaged or missing.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Use by the date on container bottom. After opening, keep container airtight & use contents within four weeks. Product is packed by weight, not volume. Some settling of the powder may occur during transportation and distribution.
Dental hygiene
Putting your baby to bed with a bottle can cause tooth decay.

爱他美奇迹绿罐 2 段用多少度的水冲泡？
爱他美澳洲官网常见问题里的冲调说明是：把安全饮用水煮沸，放凉到适合喂奶的温度（37 至 38℃），冲好后在手腕内侧试一下温度再喂。
罐身上没有写具体度数，要求把安全饮用水煮沸后“放凉到适合喂奶的温度”。
要特别注意：奇迹绿罐的冲调比例跟爱他美其他系列不一样，是每 30mL 水加 1 平勺奶粉（不是 50mL）。
- 冲调前洗手，所有用具先清洗，再煮沸 5 分钟或用消毒器消毒。
- 喂之前在手腕上试一下温度。
- 冲好立即喂，不要存放，没喝完的倒掉。
奶粉里有小黑点，是什么？
这是烤焦的奶粉颗粒：奶粉在喷雾干燥时要经过高温，少量颗粒会被烤焦变深色。爱他美官网说明，它不影响奶粉的品质和营养，所有奶粉厂家都会有这种情况。
开罐后为什么要在 4 周内用完？
奶粉出厂时罐内充了氮气保护，开罐后奶粉会接触空气慢慢氧化，也可能受污染，4 周之后就不能保证营养成分表上的含量了。
- 开罐后 4 周（约 30 天）内用完。
- 不要放冰箱或冷冻室，存放在阴凉干燥处。
- 建议在盖子上写上开罐日期。
能不能比推荐的段数提前喝下一段？
不建议。每一段都是按对应年龄的营养需要配的，提前升段可能让有些营养偏少、有些偏多。请按孩子的年龄选对应的段数。
每次喂多少？
按罐身上的喂养表（本页“冲泡方法”里也有）量凉开水和奶粉勺数，不要自己改变冲调浓度。表上的量只是参考，每个宝宝需要的量会多一些或少一些；如果担心喂得不够或太多，请咨询医护人员。
