冲泡方法Directions
- 冲调前洗手。把杯子和所有用具彻底清洗、冲净。
- 只使用罐内附带的量勺，量勺要保持干燥。轻轻舀满奶粉，用自带的刮平器刮平。
- 120mL 安全饮用水加 4 平勺奶粉，搅拌或用力摇匀，让奶粉溶解。
- 冲好后立即饮用，没喝完的 2 小时内倒掉。

- Wash hands before preparing one serve. Wash and rinse cup and all utensils thoroughly.
- Use only the enclosed scoop. Always use a dry scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller.
- Add 4 level scoops of powder to 120mL of safe drinking water. Stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder.
- Serve immediately and discard unfinished drink within 2 hours.

It is safer to prepare each drink as needed and use immediately after it is prepared. If a cup of made-up drink is to be prepared in advance, store at the back of the fridge (2-4°C) and use within 24 hours. Discard any refrigerated drink not used within 24 hours.
Dental hygiene
Encourage your child to drink from a cup and to drink water regularly. Take your child for a dental visit regularly.

爱他美奇迹绿罐 3 段用多少度的水冲泡？
爱他美澳洲官网常见问题里的冲调说明是：把安全饮用水煮沸，放凉到适合喂奶的温度（37 至 38℃），冲好后在手腕内侧试一下温度再喂。
罐身上没有规定水温，3 段只要求用安全的饮用水冲调，不需要煮沸后放凉。
- 每份 120mL 水加 4 平勺奶粉（1 平勺 = 5g），搅拌或用力摇匀。
- 冲好后立即饮用，没喝完的倒掉。
- 用杯子喝，鼓励孩子经常喝水。
奶粉里有小黑点，是什么？
这是烤焦的奶粉颗粒：奶粉在喷雾干燥时要经过高温，少量颗粒会被烤焦变深色。爱他美官网说明，它不影响奶粉的品质和营养，所有奶粉厂家都会有这种情况。

- 宝宝 12 个月后可以开始换，用两三周慢慢过渡。
- 先从中午那一顿开始换，再逐步换掉其他几顿。
