*Low lactose refers to the product containing no more than 2 g of lactose per 100 g. **Gluten free refers to the product containing no detectable gluten at a limit of quantification of 5 ppm.

冲泡方法Directions
建议每天两次，或按医护人员的建议。安素可以随餐或两餐之间喝，也可以代替一餐。
冲一份 230 mL
- 在杯子里倒入 195 mL 冷水。
- 一边搅拌一边慢慢加入 6 平勺（53.8 g）安素奶粉，搅拌至完全溶解。冰镇后口感最好。
标准冲调浓度是 233.8 g 奶粉加水至 1 L。用牛奶冲调的话，营养成分会有所变化。
Suggested twice a day or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Ensure Powder can be enjoyed with or between meals, or to replace a meal.
To prepare a 230 mL serving
- Pour 195 mL of cold water into a glass.
- Gradually add 6 level scoops or 53.8 g of Ensure Powder while stirring and mix until dissolved. Ensure is best served chilled.
The standard dilution is 233.8 g of powder diluted to 1 L with water. When prepared with milk, there may be changes to the nutritional profile.

Ensure has increased levels of zinc compared to standard feeds.
Storage
Store unopened can at room temperature. Once opened, use lid to keep Ensure tightly covered and store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Use within 3 weeks of opening. Once mixed, Ensure should be covered, refrigerated, and used within 24 hours. Use before end date on bottom of can.
