- Wash hands before preparing one serve. Wash and rinse cup, and all utensils thoroughly.
- Use only the enclosed scoop. Always use a dry scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off using the built-in leveller.
- Add 2 level scoops of powder to 120mL of safe drinking water. Stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder.
- Serve immediately. Discard unfinished drinks.

爱他美澳洲官网常见问题里的冲调说明是：把安全饮用水煮沸，放凉到适合喂奶的温度（37 至 38℃），冲好后在手腕内侧试一下温度再喂。
罐身上没有规定水温，只要求用安全的饮用水冲调，不需要煮沸后放凉。
- 每份 120mL 水加 2 平勺奶粉（1 平勺 = 9.8g），搅拌或用力摇匀。
- 冲好后立即饮用，没喝完的倒掉。
- 用杯子喝，鼓励孩子经常喝水。
奶粉里有小黑点，是什么？
